Booking & Reservations

We will confirm your reservation and have everything ready for pickup at our office on Bushiri 33-A, Oranjestad.
Yes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund of any prepaid amount. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee equal to one day's rental. No-shows are not refunded.
To modify or cancel, call us or email as early as possible so we can accommodate you.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak season (December to April) and around major holidays. For last-minute trips, call us directly — we will always try our best to accommodate you.
We make every effort to provide the exact vehicle you reserved. If for any reason that vehicle is unavailable at pickup, we will offer a comparable or upgraded alternative at no extra charge. If no suitable vehicle is available, we will issue a full refund.
Our standard pickup location is our office at Bushiri 33-A in Oranjestad, a short drive from Queen Beatrix International Airport and most hotel areas. Contact us with your arrival details and we will do our best to arrange a convenient handover.
We are open every day from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For pickups or returns outside of these hours, contact us in advance and we will see what we can arrange.
Driver Requirements
You will need:
- A valid driver's license held for at least one year
- A valid passport or government-issued photo ID
- A credit card in the primary driver's name for the security deposit
The minimum age is 21 years old. Drivers between 21 and 24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Please let us know your age when booking so we can confirm the exact terms.
If your driver's license is issued in English, you do not need a separate international permit. Licenses in other languages must be accompanied by a certified translation or an International Driving Permit (IDP).
Yes, but any additional driver must be registered on the rental agreement at pickup, present valid documentation, and meet all eligibility requirements. An additional driver fee may apply. Unregistered drivers are not permitted to operate the vehicle.
Insurance & Coverage
Yes. Basic third-party liability insurance is included with every rental as required by Aruban law. This covers damage you may cause to other vehicles or property.
A Loss Damage Waiver reduces your financial liability if the rental vehicle is damaged or stolen. It is an optional add-on available at pickup. Ask our team to explain the cost and what it covers for your specific vehicle.
Even with LDW, you remain fully liable for damage caused by:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- An unauthorised (unregistered) driver
- Off-road driving in a vehicle not approved for it
- Damage to tyres, wheels, undercarriage or roof (unless from a covered collision)
- Interior damage such as burns, tears or stains
- Violation of any term of the rental agreement
Some travel insurance policies and premium credit cards include rental vehicle coverage. We recommend checking the terms of your policy before deciding whether to purchase additional coverage from us.
Stay calm and follow these steps:
- Ensure everyone is safe. Call 911 if there are injuries.
- Do not admit liability to any third party.
- Call us immediately at +297-732-0111.
- Collect names, contact details and license plates of all parties involved.
- File a police report if anyone is injured or if another vehicle or property is damaged.
- Do not have the vehicle repaired without our prior written authorisation.
Vehicle & Fuel
Our fleet of 36 vehicles includes 15 models across four body types: SUVs, sedans, hatchbacks, and a full-size 11-seat van. We offer electric, hybrid, and gasoline options. Prices start from $40 per day.

All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. You must return the vehicle with a full tank. If returned with less, you will be charged for the missing fuel at current local pump prices plus an administration fee.
Every electric vehicle is charged to 100% before you collect it. At pickup, we will show you the locations of the nearest public charging points on the island and explain how they work. We recommend keeping an eye on your charge level, especially for longer drives to the east or north of the island.
Driving on unpaved or off-road tracks is only permitted in vehicles specifically designated and agreed for off-road use. Using a standard vehicle on rough terrain voids any coverage you may have. If you plan to visit Arikok National Park or the Natural Pool, speak to us at pickup and we will advise on the most suitable vehicle.
No. All vehicles must remain on Aruba. Taking a vehicle off the island or onto a ferry is strictly prohibited under the rental agreement.
Call us immediately at +297-732-0111 and we will assist you or arrange a replacement vehicle. Breakdowns caused by vehicle defects are covered. Breakdowns caused by running out of fuel or charge, key lockouts, or driver misuse are not covered and call-out costs will be charged to you.
Payment & Deposit
We accept all major credit cards. A credit card in the primary driver's name is required at pickup for the security deposit. Please note that debit cards and prepaid cards may not be accepted for the deposit.
A security deposit is pre-authorised on your credit card at pickup — this is a hold, not a charge. The amount depends on the vehicle category and will be confirmed when you book.
The hold is released within 5 to 14 business days after you return the vehicle, provided there are no deductions for damage, fuel shortfall, late returns, or outstanding fines.
Full payment is due at pickup unless a different arrangement has been confirmed with us in writing in advance. We do not typically charge before you collect the vehicle.
Yes. Weekly and monthly rates are available and are considerably cheaper than daily rates added up. Contact us directly by phone or email and we will prepare a quote based on the vehicle and duration you need.
No. We do not charge fees that were not agreed in advance. The only charges that can arise after pickup are those resulting from your actions during the rental — such as late returns, fuel shortfalls, damage, or traffic fines received during the rental period. All of these are explained clearly in the rental agreement you sign at pickup.
On the Island
Aruba drives on the right-hand side of the road, the same as the United States, Europe, and most of the Caribbean. Vehicles are left-hand drive.
Speed limits in Aruba are posted in kilometres per hour (km/h). Common limits are:
- 60 km/h on most main roads
- 40 km/h in residential and urban areas
- 80 km/h on the main highway (route 1A)
Traffic fines are the renter's responsibility.
Oranjestad has a mix of free street parking and paid public lots. Parking in the centre can be limited during busy periods. When visiting attractions or beaches, there are usually designated parking areas nearby. Parking fines are the renter's responsibility.

The main entrance road and visitor centre of Arikok National Park can be reached in a standard vehicle. However, access to remote areas such as the Natural Pool (Conchi) and some north-coast beaches requires a 4WD or high-clearance vehicle. Speak to us at pickup and we will help you choose the right car for your plans.
